Main Dish 1

Chicken Wings

*5 lb. bag of frozen chicken wings

*half a box of brown sugar

*soy sauce

*2-3 tbs. barbecue sauce

Put frozen wings in baking pan.  In bowl mix brown sugar, enough soy sauce to make a thick paste and the barbecue sauce.  Mix everything together then pour over the chicken wings.  Bake in 375° oven for about an 1 1/2 hrs..   All depends on your oven might be longer.  Bake till nice and brown.  Stir once in a while to get the wings nice and coated with the sauce.  It is up to you how much sauce you want left in the pan (meaning leave in longer to really glaze the chicken).  Works great in your barbecue too.  Just put a large enough foil down to protect your baking pan.
